IMPORTANT! All returning campers will receive an email prior to registration on November 2nd. This email will contain the registration link for use on November 5th. Online registration will be on our website on November 8th for all campers. Registration fee and Cancellation Policy - A registration fee of $200 per session shall be applied to the total tuition, the registration fee will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal. There will be no reduction of fees for early departure or late arrival. Should a camper withdraw or be sent home after the start of camp for any reason, tuition will not be refunded unless withdrawal is for medical reasons recommended by our medical staff. If a family decides to withdraw their child/ren from camp, tuition (excluding registration fee) will be refunded accordingly:, tuition minus registration fee through March 1st, 50% of tuition prior to March 31st and no refund on or after April 1st. You will need your credit card for payment when you register online. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside Camp Fatima & Camp Bernadette. All credit card payments are sent via HTTPS secured request to our gateway, Beanstream.
